Performance and Evaluation
The Meriden Public School System is committed to provide a learning environment in which educators improve upon their instructional practice in order to increase student learning. To that end, we intend to use the Meriden Educator Evaluation and Development Plan for teachers and the SEED plan for administrators primarily as a tool to support teachers and leaders in their growth and development. We firmly believe that continual teacher and leader development is a critical component of student success.
